Research and application of rapid repair technology of shunt degaussing for short circuit port of Electrolyzer
In this paper,the core of the electrolyzer during the operation of short-circuit igniting,shooting accidents caused by short-circuit damage when the strategy and technical means.In the process of repair,the emergency connection busbar and the slot around the busbar are designed to effectively shunt,in order to degaussing and rapid repair purposes.The high flexibility and high efficiency of the small mobile milling machine in machining welding repaired surface are further confirmed.In addition,the practical application effect of SHS welding technology in limited space,especially in the busbar welding around the electrolytic cell,is also verified,the practice of safely and smoothly dismantling emergency bus and transferring to normal power supply operation flow provides a practical technical scheme for efficient and quick maintenance of electrolyzer after short circuit accident.
