Design and research of intelligent maintenance robot for overhead crane track in aluminum electrolysis workshop in high magnetic field environment
The aluminum electrolysis workshop in a high magnetic field environment has always been a key production site in the aluminum industry,but this environment brings huge difficulties to equipment maintenance and repair.In these workshops,the overhead crane track plays an extremely important role in moving and positioning heavy equipment.However,due to the special properties of high magnetic field environments,the loss and wear of the track have become common problems.Traditional maintenance methods are often expensive and dangerous,thus requiring an innovative solution.This paper aims to introduce the design and research of an intelligent maintenance robot for overhead crane tracks in an aluminum electrolysis workshop in a high magnetic field environment.The development of this robot will combine advanced materials science,robotics technology,and autonomous navigation algorithms to achieve efficient,safe,and economical track maintenance in high magnetic field environments.The research aims to improve the production efficiency of the workshop,reduce maintenance costs,and lower the risk of personnel exposure to high magnetic fields.
