Simulation Study On Mixing Screw Of Heavy ANFO Mixed On Site
In order to study the effect of the structure parameters of the mixing screw on the preparation of heavy ANFO mixed on site,the flow field of the emulsion matrix and granular ammonium nitrate two-phase flow under different pitch and speed of the spiral was analyzed by using the fluid simulation technology and the control variable method.The results showed that the influence of pitch on the mixing of the emulsion matrix and granular ammonium nitrate is more obvious,and the influence of rotational speed on shaft power is greater.In the allowable power,the mixing effect of heavy ANFO would be improved by appropriately reducing pitch and increasing speed,and the shaft power would be calculated,which provided a theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the mixing screw.
