Discussion and application of washing water reduction technology for flat plate filte
With the continuous development of Bayer process and equipment for alumina production,the quality and standard of alumina products are getting higher and higher.Through the research of alumina production equipment,this paper starts with the production process principle and equipment operation principle of flat plate filter,and through the continuous improvement of washing method of flat plate filter,Finally,it is determined to replace the original spray washing device with serrated washing box,which reduces the amount of washing water used for washing aluminum hydroxide by flat plate filter and the amount of alkali attached in the product.It is of great help to reduce the cost of alumina production,and has good promotion value in alumina production enterprises.
