Geological characteristics and genesis of the Wenfeng Zn-Cu deposit in Rongxian of Guangxi
The Wenfeng Zn-Cu deposit located in the southwestern part of the Qin-Hangzhou metallogenic belt,the orebody occurs in the late Jurassic granite as veins and,controlled by the fault structure,the main ore minerals include zinc-blende,copper pyrites,argentite.Basing on summarizing the geological characteristics of deposit,Combined with fluid inclusions and H,O,S isotope studies,this paper discuss the genesis of ore deposit.The results show that the metallogenic material was from source magma.,the ore-forming fluid was medium temperature,from mixture fluid of magmatic water and atmospheric precipitation.Wenfeng Zn-Cu deposit was a Medium temperature filling deposit related with magmatic activity.
