Geological characteristics,ore controlling factors,and prospecting indicators of the Jinchanggou gold deposit in Tianshui
Jinchanggou Gold Mine is located in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City,Gansu Province.The mine is distributed on the North Qinling polymetallic mineralization belt,located in the western section of the Chaijiagou Diaobazi mineralization sub belt.The mine is hosted in the third lithological section of the Shujiaba Formation,and tectonic altered rocks are the main ore type of the gold deposit in the area.The fragmented quartz vein type ore is distributed in the locally silicified areas of the area.The copper deposit ore type is mainly gold bearing quartz vein type,with relatively few tectonic altered rock types.The fault structures within the area have a significant controlling effect on the ore body.The genesis type of this deposit is a medium low temperature hydrothermal alteration type gold deposit.On the basis of exploring and analyzing the geological characteristics of the mine,this article discusses and analyzes its controlling factors,and finally summarizes the prospecting indicators of the mine,in order to provide some reference and guidance for future geological prospecting work.
