铜渣脱除硫酸锌溶液中氯离子的研究

本文以硫酸锌溶液为对象,研究了采用金属盐沉淀法脱除Cl-的技术,结果表明,采用锌铜渣为脱除剂,控制溶液温度65℃、反应时间1.5h、pH值1.5的条件下,除氯效果可达85%以上.同时研究了锌铜渣脱除Cl-后再生循环利用的参数条件,较佳的工艺条件为:使用NaOH进行再生,控制溶液温度95℃、反应时间3h,pH值3的条件下,除氯率可以达到88%.通过试验比较了锌铜渣脱除Cl-后将其开路与将其循环利用的经济性比较,结果表明锌铜渣脱除Cl-后开路成本远远优于将其循环利用的成本.
Research on Removal of Chlorine Ions in Zinc Sulfate Solution by Copper Slag
This article takes zinc sulfate solution as the object and studies the technology of removing Cl-by metal salt precipitation.The results show that using zinc copper slag as the removal agent,controlling the solution temperature of 65℃,reaction time of 1.5 hours,and pH value of 1.5,the chlorine removal effect can reach over 85%.At the same time,the parameter conditions for the regeneration and recycling of zinc copper slag after removing Cl-were studied.The optimal process conditions were:using NaOH for regeneration,controlling the solution temperature at 95℃,reaction time for 3 hours,and pH value of 3.Under these conditions,the chlorine removal rate could reach 88%.The economic comparison between opening the zinc copper slag after removing Cl-and recycling it was conducted through experiments.The results showed that the cost of opening the zinc copper slag after removing Cl-was much higher than the cost of recycling it.
