Determination by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry Tungsten content in polymetallic ores
In this paper, the content of tungsten in polymetallic ore is determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)with the methods of sodium peroxide alkaline melting, acidizing leaching and centrifugation.During the test process, the sodium peroxide and acidity are tested and verified, and the interference between elements on tungsten is excluded. The measured results are compared with colorimetry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The accuracy and precision of the results were good, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.99992,the detection limit was 0.001%,the standard recovery was 100.50%~102.00%,the relative standard deviation was 0.680%~1.760%,and the spectral line of tungsten analysis was 224.876nm,which met the requirements of detection and analysis. The method was simple and efficient, and could effectively guide the mineral processing production and ore supply and blending.
