Analysis of factors affecting fluorine carrying coefficient of alumina dry purification process and improvement measures
In the process of electrolytic aluminum production,a large amount of fluorine-containing flue gas is produced,which causes great harm to human body and environment.The use of alumina dry gas purification is the most economical and effective purification technology at present,which not only reduces the content of fluoride in flue gas,but also effectively recovers fluoride and reduces the consumption of fluoride salt.In this paper,combined with the actual purification production,the whole process of electrolytic aluminum flue gas and alumina dry purification process was systematically studied and judged to analyze the factors affecting the fluorine carrying coefficient,so as to improve it,reduce the fluoride concentration of flue gas and increase the fluorine carrying coefficient of alumina.
