Research on High Temperature Endurance Strength and Fatigue Life Prediction of Metal Materials for Thermal Power Steam Pipelines
12Cr1MoV is a pearlite low-alloy hot strength steel that maintains high thermal strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and high persistent plasticity at 580℃.This material has good welding performance with non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, and titanium, and is widely used in high-temperature components such as superheaters, reheaters, headers, and main steam pipelines in domestic high-pressure,ultra-high pressure, and subcritical parameter power plant boilers. This article studies the high-temperature endurance strength and fatigue life prediction of metal materials used for thermal power steam pipelines, providing strong theoretical support for the life prediction of key metal components in thermal power.
