摘要
针对湿法炼锌问题展开探讨,简要介绍了湿法炼锌生产工艺,并对湿法炼锌过程检测的难点以及应用要点展开详细研讨,主要包括pH值测量、钴离子浓度测量、矿浆流量测量以及液位测量,明确了实际测量过程中材料设备选型、取样方式以及使用要点等,能够为湿法炼锌工艺操作提供参考,也能够为技术理论研究提供支持.
Abstract
This article discusses the issue of zinc hydrometallurgy,briefly introduces the production process of zinc hydrometallurgy,and discusses in detail the difficulties and application points of zinc hydrometallurgy process detection,mainly including pH value measurement,cobalt ion concentration measurement,slurry flow measurement,and liquid level measurement.It clarifies the selection of materials and equipment,sampling methods,and key points of use in the actual measurement process,which can provide reference for the operation of zinc hydrometallurgy process,It can also provide support for technical theoretical research.
