Thermodynamic simulation and process optimization in nonferrous metal metallurgy
The metallurgical process of non-ferrous metals contains many implementation steps,and the technical principle of smelting non-ferrous metals is also more complicated.At present,with the rapid development of non-ferrous metal processing industry,the practical problems in the process of non-ferrous metal metallurgy are gradually exposed,and engineers need to adopt modeling technology to solve them.Applying the technical form of thermodynamic simulation to optimize the metallurgical process of non-ferrous metals can intuitively show the changing characteristics of each stage of metal smelting operation,and provide scientific support for the development of nonferrous metals metallurgical industry.In this paper,the technical scheme of thermodynamic simulation in the process of nonferrous metal metallurgy is discussed and optimized according to the actual situation of the development of metallurgical industry.
