Research and practice on improving the efficiency of flue gas collection in copper smelting
In the process of burning east copper ps converter by sulfuric acid workshop and air supply operation,it is easy to appear the phenomenon of positive pressure,affecting the environment.The collection efficiency of the flue gas of the converter can be effectively improved by developing the intelligent air start and stop program of the converter,the intelligent cooperative program of copper acid,optimizing the operation mode,applying the ship-shaped bucket without spigot and installing the smoke hood of the open door,and further promoting the smelting process to a new level of green environmental protection and high efficiency.
