摘要
化工行业发展环节,企业需要对各种化学品进行加工,以满足社会发展的需要.而实际生产环节,由于部分化学品具有腐蚀性,因此设备就经常受到化学品的腐蚀,不仅影响其寿命,还可能造成安全隐患.此背景下,就需要企业管理者加强对化工设备金属材料腐蚀状况的重视,分析腐蚀状况产生的原因,并且制定各种防护措施,以规避设备的腐蚀.
Abstract
In the development of the chemical industry,enterprises need to process various chemicals to meet the needs of social development.In the actual production process,due to the corrosive nature of some chemicals,equipment is often subjected to chemical corrosion,which not only affects its lifespan but may also pose safety hazards.In this context,it is necessary for enterprise managers to strengthen their attention to the corrosion status of metal materials in chemical equipment,analyze the causes of corrosion,and develop various protective measures to avoid equipment corrosion.
