摘要
本文针对高强耐磨铜合金的制备及其显微组织与性能进行了研究.通过优化合金成分和制备工艺,得到了一种具有优异显微组织和性能的高强耐磨铜合金.该合金具有较高的强度、硬度和耐磨性,广泛应用于汽车同步器齿环、耐磨轴承等领域.
Abstract
This article investigates the preparation,microstructure,and properties of high-strength and wear-resistant copper alloys.A high-strength and wear-resistant copper alloy with excellent microstructure and properties was obtained by optimizing the alloy composition and preparation process.This alloy has high strength,hardness,and wear resistance,and is widely used in fields such as automotive synchronizer rings and wear-resistant bearings.
