摘要
当前,无轨设备在矿山生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用,设备投入量与日俱增,管理难度随之增大.传统的无轨设备管理模式以粗放型的人工管理为主.当前,随着数字化、机械化矿山建设水平持续推进,先进的智慧智能技术在矿山各个领域大量推广,无轨设备生产管理系统建设迫在眉睫.作为矿山无轨设备生产管理系统的智能化探索,实现了井下高精度定位,解决了车辆、人员高精度实时位置坐标、运动状态、相对位置关系的获取问题,支撑井下实操培训与考核系统的驾驶行为评判功能.
Abstract
At present,trackless equipment is playing more and more important role in mine production,the amount of equipment input is increasing day by day,and the management difficulty is increasing.The traditional management mode of trackless equipment is mainly based on extensive manual management.At present,with the continuous advancement of digital and mechanized mine construction,advanced intelligent technology is widely promoted in various fields of mining,and the construction of trackless equipment production management system is imminent.As the intelligent exploration of mine trackless equipment production management system,it realizes the high-precision underground positioning,solves the problem of obtaining high-precision real-time position coordinates,motion state and relative position relationship of vehicles and personnel,and supports the driving behavior evaluation function of the underground practical operation training and assessment system.
