摘要

为了解决某露天矿山爆破中存在的炸药单耗偏高、爆破飞石距离远等问题,对问题的主要影响因素及产生原因进行了详细分析,并对该矿山深孔爆破提出了一些针对性的改进措施,得出了适用该矿山深孔爆破的爆破参数、起爆方法等,最终使炸药单耗降低24%,减少了爆破飞石的产生和距离,改善了爆破效果.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems existing in the blasting of an open-pit uranium mine,such as high explosive consumption and long distance of flying rocks,etc.The main influencing factors and causes of the problem are analyzed in detail,some pertinent improvement measures are put forward for deep hole blasting in this mine,the blasting parameters and initiation methods suitable for deep hole blasting in this mine are obtained.Ultimately,the unit consumption of explosive is reduced by 24%,the generation and distance of flying rocks are reduced,and the blasting effect is improved.
