Difficulties and Solutions in the Direct Utilization Process of Regenerated Copper
The large-scale and high-value utilization of recycled copper is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of the copper industry.The article addresses the technical challenges faced by the direct utilization of recycled copper,such as unstable raw material quality,difficulty in smelting control,and difficulty in ensuring product quality.A systematic solution is proposed to optimize pretreatment,improve smelting process,and strengthen the coupling of refining and alloying.Combined with typical application examples,the pertinence and effectiveness of relevant countermeasures are demonstrated,providing reference for the high-quality development of the recycled copper industry
