新时期金矿空压机热能回收系统研究

为减少能源浪费,实现资源可循环利用,根据新时期对金矿空压机热能回收的要求,结合空压机工作流程,及可回收余热分析,确定85%热量均可回收,并从换热器形式、板形设计方面出发,开发热能回收系统.结果表明,回收余热具有明显节能效果,每年可节约85.8万元燃油费.说明金矿空压机采取热能回收系统可达到节能环保的作用.
Research on the Thermal Energy Recovery System of Air Compressors in Gold Mines in the New Era
In order to reduce energy waste and achieve resource recycling,based on the requirements of the new era for heat recovery of gold mine air compressors,combined with the working process of air compressors and the analysis of recoverable waste heat,it is determined that 85%of the heat can be recovered.Starting from the design of heat exchanger form and plate shape,a heat recovery system is developed.The results show that recovering waste heat has a significant energy-saving effect,saving 858000 yuan in fuel costs annually.The use of a heat recovery system in gold mine air compressors can achieve energy-saving and environmental protection effects.
