随着矿山行业对安全与效率的日益重视,基于STM32单片机的矿山设备数据采集与监控系统的设计与实现变得尤为重要.本文以STM32单片机为基础,提出了矿山设备数据采集与监控系统,旨在提高矿山设备监控精度和实时性.该系统通过传感器模块,利用STM32强大的处理能力,对矿用设备的温度、压力、振动等多种数据进行采集,并实时进行数据分析和存储.该系统还实现了远程监控功能,支持无线传输和可视化显示数据,以期为矿山管理提供一定的技术参考.
Design of data collection and monitoring system based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer
With the increasing importance to safety and efficiency in the mining industry,the design and realization of the data collection and monitoring system based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer has become particularly important.Based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer,this article proposes the data collection and monitoring system of mining equipment,which aims to improve the monitoring accuracy and real-time monitoring accuracy and real time.The system uses the strong processing capacity of STM32 through the sensor module to collect various data such as the temperature,pressure,and vibration of mineral equipment,and to analyze and store data in real time.The system also realizes remote monitoring functions,supporting wireless transmission and visual display data,in order to provide certain technical references for mining management.
