由于铝土矿运输网络具有复杂性和动态性,在进行调度时往往导致IDG值居高不下.为了解决上述问题,提出基于蚁群算法的铝土矿运输网络智能调度研究.建立综合考虑成本、时间与距离的优化调度模型,通过精确计算运输成本、行驶时间与等待时间,并优化载重量与行驶距离,以实现资源分配的最优化.为了确保调度方案的可行性,制定包括载重量、生产能力以及装载与卸载效率在内的详细约束条件.利用蚁群算法,通过模拟蚁群觅食的高效协作机制,智能输出铝土矿运输网络的最优调度方案.实验结果表明,研究方法能够在多种铝土矿运输网络调度场景中保持较低的IDG值,有效优化运输效率,为运输系统提供更为精准、高效的调度方案.
Intelligent scheduling of bauxite transportation network based on ant colony algorithm
Due to the complexity and dynamism of the bauxite transportation network,scheduling often results in high IDG values.To solve the above problems,a research on intelligent scheduling of bauxite transportation network based on ant colony algorithm is proposed.Establish an optimized scheduling model that comprehensively considers cost,time,and distance,accurately calculates transportation costs,travel time,and waiting time,and optimizes load capacity and travel distance to achieve optimal resource allocation.To ensure the feasibility of the scheduling plan,detailed constraints including load capacity,production capacity,and loading and unloading efficiency are formulated.Using ant colony algorithm,by simulating the efficient collaborative mechanism of ant colony foraging,the optimal scheduling scheme for bauxite transportation network is intelligently output.The experimental results show that the research method can maintain a low IDG value in various bauxite transportation network scheduling scenarios,effectively optimize transportation efficiency,and provide more accurate and efficient scheduling solutions for the transportation system.
