Application of Chemical Analysis in Mineral Processing and Smelting Process Control
Chemical analysis plays a key role in the control of mineral ation and smelting processes.Through the ore grade analysis,the content of useful elements can be determined to provide a basis for mineral processing.In the process of mineral processing,chemical analysis can monitor the parameters such as pH and ion concentration in real time to adjust the amount of agent added and optimize the beneficiation efficiency.In the smelting process,chemical analysis can monitor the melt composition,control smelting parameters and improve product quality.Based on this,this paper will combine the importance of chemical analysis in the control of mineral processing and smelting process,and carry out a comprehensive analysis and research on the application of chemical analysis in the process of mineral processing and the application of chemical analysis in the smelting process control,aiming to provide reference help for relevant personnel.
