有色金属材料疲劳性能的超声检测技术研究

有色金属材料是现代工业生产不可缺少的重要材料,在航空航天,汽车制造,能源动力等领域有着广泛的应用.然而在复杂多变的工作环境中,特别是交变载荷作用下,材料极易出现疲劳失效,进而导致材料性能退化甚至断裂,严重影响产品的安全与寿命.疲劳断裂是材料最主要的破坏形式之一,在材料失效中占有一半的比例,因此深入研究有色金属材料的疲劳性能并进行有效的预测评价具有重要意义.超声检测作为一种非破坏性、高灵敏、高精度、实时在线监测等优点,已成为金属材料疲劳研究的重要手段.本文对近几年来在有色金属材料疲劳性能研究方面所取得的进展进行分析,以供相关领域工作者参考.
Study on the ultrasonic detection technique of the fatigue properties of non-ferrous metal materials
Non-ferrous metal material is an indispensable and important material in modern industrial production,and has a wide range of applications in aerospace,automobile manufacturing,energy and power and other fields.However,in the complex and changeable working environment,especially under the action of alternating loads,the material is prone to fatigue failure,which leads to material performance degradation or even fracture,which seriously affects the safety and life of products.Fatigue fracture is one of the most important forms of material failure,which accounts for half of the material failure.Therefore,so it is of great significance to deeply study the fatigue performance of non-ferrous metal materials and make effective prediction and evaluation.Ultrasonic detection,as a non-destructive,highly sensitive,high precision,real-time online monitoring,has become an important means for the fatigue research of metal materials.This paper analyzes the progress made in the fatigue performance of nonferrous metal materials in recent years for reference in related fields.
