Research on Non destructive Testing Technology and Application of Metal Underground Pipelines in Complex Environments
The rapid development of urban infrastructure makes it crucial to ensure the safe operation of metal underground pipelines.Due to the complex and ever-changing underground environment,metal pipelines are susceptible to corrosion,deformation,and other damages.Traditional detection methods are no longer able to meet the requirements of high precision and efficiency.This chapter explores the impact of complex environmental factors on non-destructive testing of metal pipelines,analyzes the types of damage to pipelines in such environments and their detection difficulties,helps to comprehensively evaluate traditional non-destructive testing techniques,compares and studies key technologies such as signal processing and noise suppression,data fusion and multi-source information integration,construction and optimization of detection models,etc.,improves the accuracy and reliability of detection,and provides strong support for the safety management and maintenance of urban underground pipelines.
