Research on Supply Chain Optimization of Metal Ore Raw Material Procurement
This project takes China's metal mineral resources as the research object,aiming to solve the supply-demand contradiction of China's metal mineral resources and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.In the context of economic globalization,various factors such as uneven distribution of mineral resources,severe political and economic fluctuations,and increasingly strict environmental regulations work together.According to IMF statistics,in the past decade,there have been significant fluctuations in global metal raw material prices,which have seriously affected the production,operation,and supply chain security of related industries such as construction,manufacturing,and automobiles.The optimal theory of supply chain holds that by streamlining unnecessary links,increasing information transparency,and enhancing collaboration among members,it can effectively reduce the operating costs of enterprises and enhance their ability to respond to market changes.In the procurement process of metal mineral resources,it mainly involves the selection of suppliers,the formulation of procurement strategies,inventory management,and logistics coordination.Therefore,how to effectively manage the supply chain while ensuring its stability and reducing costs is the key to ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the supply chain.
