Sedimentary Facies Research and Sweet Spot Prediction of WH Oilfield in the Weixinan Depression of the Beibu Gulf Basin
The main oil-bearing section of WH oilfield is a section of the Quicksand Port Formation, which changes rapidly in reservoir thickness and lithology, and complex sand distribution and connectivity. In order to clarify the reservoir distribution and dessert area of a section of the stream, improve the efficiency of oilfield development.Using logging, core analysis and seismic data analysis,it is believed that the reservoir of the flow section is a subfacies sedimentary of the leading edge of the slow-slope steep-inclined fan delta, and six kinds of sedimentary microfacies are identified:underwater diversion channels, estuarine dams,mat-shaped sand, leading edge landslides, underwater clastic flows, and inter-bays.Through source analysis, microfacies of single wells and connected wells, sand body tracking and reservoir inversion prediction, the connectivity of sand bodies between wells is clarified, the characteristics of reservoir spread are finely delineated, and the sedimentary patterns and sedimentary evolution laws of oilfield are established.Vertically,a section of the stream gradually evolved into a shallow lake subfacies in the early fan delta plains and leading edges.Late evolution of the fan delta leading edge-anterior fan delta subphase dominated by mat-shaped sand.Planarly, fan delta plain subfacies are developed in the 5 well area.Underwater shunt channel sedimentation at the leading edge of development in 3 well area and 6 well area. The 2 well area is the anterior edge far sand dam-mat-shaped sand and the anterior delta mud sedimentation. The middle sand body without well control is proposed as the dessert area.
