中国省域科技创新水平评价

科技创新在经济快速发展的新时代占有重要地位,研究分析了全国各地区科技创新发展情况,并针对结果提出了有效建议,具有现实意义.基于相关数据,利用主成分分析与有序聚类分析,得出如下结论:(1)原本 8 个指标变量经过降维处理后,可提取 2 个主成分,进而根据计算出的主成分综合得分,可以对全国 31 个省市科技创新发展情况进行排名;(2)对降序后的排名进行有序聚类分析,发现聚类数目为 4 类,每一类分别代表不同科技创新发展水平的地区.
Evaluation of Technological Innovation Level in Chinese Provinces
Technological innovation occupies an important position in the new era of rapid economic development.Research and analysis of the development of science and technology innovation in various regions of the country,and put forward effective suggestions based on the results,are of practical significance.Based on the relevant data,using principal component analysis and ordered cluster analysis,the following results are obtained:(1)After the original 8 indicator variables are reduced in dimension,2 principal components can be extracted,and then based on the calculated comprehensive score of principal components,it is possible to rank the development of science and technology innovation in 31 provinces and cities across the country;(2)After performing an ordered cluster analysis on the rankings in descending order,it is found that the number of clusters is 4 categories,and each category represents a region with a different level of technological innovation development.
