Analysis of the Realization Path of the"Dual Carbon"Target in Typical Countries and China's Reference
The proposal and promotion of the"dual carbon"target has important strategic significance for China to realize green and low-carbon development and build a great modern socialist country with harmonious coexistence between man and nature.In order to help the realization of the"dual carbon"target,the paper sorted out the characteristics of the stage when realizing the carbon peak in typical countries and regions such as the European Union,the United States and Japan,which are at the forefront of low-carbon development level,and the path to achieve the"dual carbon"target,and quantitatively analyzed the factors affecting the realization process of the"dual carbon"target in typical countries and China.This paper analyzed the existing problems in economy,industry,energy and urbanization in the process of realizing China′s"dual carbon"target,and put forward several suggestions from the aspects of ensuring that the"dual carbon"target goes hand in hand with economic development,paying attention to the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure,and the decomposition and implementation of"dual carbon"target,in order to provide theoretical support and practical basis for exploring China′s carbon peak and carbon neutrality development path,and achieving the"dual carbon"goals smoothly.
