锚杆作为一种有效支护措施,被广泛应用于隧道超前支护领域,超前锚杆设计及施作的好坏直接影响着隧道支护效果.基于FLAC3D有限元软件,对0°~<50°不同角度分级锚杆进行了超前支护模拟,在揭露不同角度锚杆超前支护作用下隧道力学效应及其随锚杆角度变化规律的基础上,对支护角度进行了相关优化,最终确定出最佳支护角度.研究结果可为隧道超前支护设计、优化及施工提供理论支撑,具有一定指导意义.
Based on FLAC3D Simulation and Parameter Optimization of Advanced Support with Bolts at Different Angles
Anchor rods,as an effective support measure,are widely used in the field of advanced support in tunnels.The quality of design and execution of advanced anchor rods directly affects the performance of tunnel support.Based on FLAC3D finite element software,simulations of advanced support were conducted for graded anchor rods at different angles ranging from 0° to<50°.By revealing the mechanical effects on the tunnel under the action of advanced support with anchor rods at different angles and the patterns of change with varying anchor rod angles,the support angle was optimized.The optimal support angle was determined.The research results can provide theoretical support for the design,optimization,and construction of advanced support in tunnels,and have certain guiding significance.
