Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm is a state-owned forest farm in Hebei Province.It has prominent ecological functions of natural resources and relatively sensitive environment.This paper introduces the purpose and technical method of the task of ownership registration of provincial state-owned forest farms,and analyzes the feasibility of three types of registration units of provincial state-owned forest farms.Combined with its own characteristics,the innovation and self-increase of"provincial large-scale state-owned forest farm"as a secondary class of key state-owned forest areas determined by The State Council in the type of natural resources registration unit,code"41".This paper expounds the working way of dealing with ownership disputes,the real-time positioning method of field operations under high-definition images by using modern technology and means,as well as the key problems and countermeasures of right confirmation registration,which can provide ideas and methods for other forest farms in the province.
