Optimizing Financial Management and Improving the High-quality Development of Chinese-foreign Cooperative Education Programs in Chinese Public Universities
As a kind of high quality educational resources,the Chinese-foreign cooperative education program in Chinese public universities has its particularity;its essence is still a social welfare product.However,the educational quality of Chinese-foreign cooperative education program is generally low due to the intentional or unintentional misinterpretation of the purpose of running those programs by universities,among which the financial management is inefficient and faces great risks and challenges,which is one of the main reasons for the low quality of these programs.This paper analyzes and found the existing problems in the financial management of Chinese-foreign cooperative education programs in public universities are insufficient financial funds and defects in the financial management of colleges and universities.The optimization suggestions are to implement financial expansion policies,standardize and innovate the financial management so that to improve those programs education high quality and finally promoting the sustainable development of the whole universities in China.
