Geological Characteristics and Prospect Analysis of the Sunjiazhuang Ag-Pb-Zn Deposit in Yangyuan County,Zhangjiakou
Sunjiazhuang mining area,Yangyuan County,Zhangjiakou City,is a newly discovered silver-lead-zinc deposit in northern Hebei Province, located on the edge of North China Craton. It is the most important molybdenum, tungsten, lead, zinc, gold and silver metallogenic belt in China, mainly occurring in the Yanshanian intrusive rocks quartz porphyry and Cretaceous Zhangjiakou Formation rhyolitic melt-tuff.The ductile shear in the mining area is strong and mineralization alteration is developed, which mainly includes iron manganese mineralization, lead zinc mineralization, limonite mineralization, silication and kaolin mineralization. The ore bodies are mainly distributed in quartz porphyry,Zhangjiakou Formation rhyolitic fused tuff and its contact zone of iron-manganese mineralization, galena mineralization and limonite mineralization. The ore body is in the form of fine vein, mass, scattered, disseminated and irregular. The mining area is located in the IP anomaly and the geochemical anomaly composed of Pb,Ag,Zn,Mo,Sb,Bi,As,W and other elements, and the anomaly zone extends from northwest to southeast, which has a good indication for mining area exploration. This paper studies the characteristics of the mineralized belt and orebody in this ore area, summarizes the prospecting methods of geology,IP mesothermal ladder and rock geochemistry, and establishes the prospecting model of this ore deposit based on the analysis of the deposit data in the study area and the relevant information obtained from the geological, geophysical, geochemical and prospecting results of the Sunjiazhuang silver-lead-zinc deposit to provide a basis for further exploration of the mining area.
