Performance Evaluation of Rural Revitalization in Taihang Mountainous Area Based on Gray Clustering Decision Model
As a key area for implementing the rural revitalization strategy in China,evaluating the performance of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the Taihang Mountains is of great significance for further improving the level of rural revitalization in the Taihang Mountains.The article first analyzes the connotation and key influencing factors of rural revitalization,and establishes a performance evaluation index system for rural revitalization in the Taihang Mountains from five dimensions:prosperous industry,livable ecology,effective governance,civilized rural culture,and prosperous life.Then,the entropy method is used to determine the weights of each indicator,and the comprehensive evaluation values of rural revitalization performance in the 11 main distribution areas of the Taihang Mountains in 2020 are calculated.Subsequently,a grey clustering model based on endpoint mixed likelihood function was used to conduct grey clustering decision analysis on 11 regions in the Taihang Mountains.The results showed that:1)There were significant differences in the performance of rural revitalization among different regions in the Taihang Mountains,with only Shijiazhuang being a high performance area,the areas with medium performance included Chengde,Baoding,Xingtai,and Handan,and the six areas led by Xinzhou City were classified as low performance areas;2)According to the grey category of each indicator,it is concluded that the Taihang Mountains should optimize the industrial structure,strengthen air quality monitoring and governance,promote rural infrastructure construction,and increase support for local residents to improve the performance of rural revitalization in the Taihang Mountains.Based on the above conclusions,the paper proposes suggestions to actively promote cross-regional cooperation,vigorously cultivate potential regions,and focus on air quality,in order to accelerate the process of rural revitalization in the Taihang Mountains.
