Study of the Universities Training Paths of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents under the Background of the First-class Major Building—Taking the Geographic Information Science Major of Hebei GEO University as an Example
This paper takes the major of geographic information science of Hebei GEO University as an example to study the universities training paths of the innovative and entrepreneurial talents under the background of the first-class major building.Our school has set up the courses of innovation and entrepreneurship in the teaching curriculum to train students'awareness and thinking of innovation and entrepreneurship,and promote students'transition from mechanical passive learning to active learning.Simultaneously,our school emphasizes the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial platforms,and holds various innovative and entrepreneurial competitions for making students better grasp the learning knowledge in practice.In the assessment of teaching results,it is used that the assessment methods of combining the qualitative evaluation of graduated students employment and the quantitative assessment for innovative and entrepreneurial capacities of the students at school,but previous quantitative assessment standards only for the students at school were given up,so as to most true and comprehensively display the results of innovative and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.Finally,the training paths of the feedback mechanism were established,which is composed of the thinking training,the practice,and the ability training of innovation and entrepreneurship,for providing reference and finding a new path for the university development of innovative and entrepreneurial education.
