Research on the Employability of Human Resource Management Students in Local Universities under the Background of Digital Age
Based on the survey of students majoring in human resource management in 12 local universities and employers,the employability factor system of human resource management students is constructed at the background of digital age.Exploring the problems from supply and demand sides of talent educating,the essay gives suggestions containing that redefining the talent education objectives,reconstructing the curriculum system,innovating the teaching methods.The aim of these works is to effectively promote human resource management students from local undergraduate colleges and universities to achieve high quality employment.
