为研究全环间隔注浆层提高隧道抗震性能的规律,依托王格尔塘隧道出洞口段,建立三维数值地震动力模型,以注浆层厚度作为空间差异变量,设置多种工况,分析各工况下衬砌结构的位移、加速度及应力响应特性.结果表明:地震动荷载作用下,隧道洞口处响应较为明显,全环间隔注浆层抗震性能优良,可极大削弱隧道衬砌在强震作用中的动力响应.全环间隔注浆层的抗震效果具有明显空间效应,增加注浆层厚度,会降低衬砌的位移、加速度和应力响应峰值,截面特征点的位移、加速度和应力响应曲线也会缓解,截面变形更加协调.隧道抗震性能受全环间隔注浆层厚度的影响较为显著,其随着注浆层厚度增加而提升,就王格尔塘隧道出口段的注浆加固范围而言,结合工程成本及注浆技术难度,建议取 1~4 m.
Study on Anti-seismic Effect of Full-ring Spacing Grouting in Tunnels at the Mouth of Strong Earthquake Zone
In order to study the law of full-ring spacing grouting layer to improve the seismic performance of the tunnel,relying on the exit section of Wanggeertang Tunnel,a three-dimensional numerical seismic dynamic model is set up,with the thickness of the grouting layer as the spatial difference variable,and a variety of working conditions are set up to analyze the characteristics of the lining structure's displacement,acceleration,and stress response under the various working conditions.The results show that:Under the action of ground vibration load,the response at the tunnel opening is more obvious,and the seismic performance of the full ring spacing grouting layer is excellent,which can greatly weaken the dynamic response of the tunnel lining in the strong seismic action.The seismic effect of the full-ring spacing grouting layer has obvious spatial effects.Increasing the thickness of the grouting layer reduces the displacement,acceleration,and stress response peaks of the lining,and the displacement,acceleration,and stress response curves of the cross-section characteristic points are also relieved,so that the deformations of the cross-section are more coordinated.The seismic performance of the tunnel is significantly affected by the thickness of the grouting layer in the whole ring spacing,which increases with the increase of the thickness of the grouting layer.In terms of the scope of the grouting reinforcement in the exit section of the Wanggeertang Tunnel,it is recommended to take 1~4 m in combination with the cost of the project and the difficulty of the grouting technology.
