河北省生态系统碳汇能力评估

巩固和增强河北省生态系统碳汇能力,对中国实现"双碳"战略目标起着至关重要的作用.立足于土地利用结构和生态系统碳汇评价模型,以河北省 11 个地级市为例,系统地测算了省内不同地区的生态系统碳汇能力,并从种类结构、时序变化、空间分布三方面进行特征评价.研究显示,河北省北部地区具有较强的碳汇能力,河北省总体有着后备土地资源丰富等优势,在碳汇巩固提升方面有较大潜力,未来应从三个方面稳步提高区域碳汇能力:完善体制机制,巩固生态系统碳汇能力;拓展生态空间,提升生态系统碳汇能力;加强组织领导,完善生态系统碳汇能力.
Assessment of Ecosystem Carbon Sink Capacity in Hebei Province
Consolidating and enhancing the ecosystem carbon sink capacity of Hebei province plays a crucial role in realizing the strategic goal of"double carbon"in China.Based on the evaluation model of land use structure and ecosystem carbon sink,taking 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei province as examples,the ecosystem carbon sink capacity of different regions in Hebei province was calculated systematically,and the characteristics were evaluated from three aspects:species structure,time change and spatial distribution.The research shows that the northern part of Hebei province has a strong carbon sink capacity,and Hebei province has advantages such as abundant reserve land resources,so it has great potential in consolidating and improving carbon sink.In the future,regional carbon sink capacity should be steadily improved from three aspects:improving institutional mechanisms and consolidating ecosystem carbon sink capacity;expanding the ecological space and enhancing the carbon sink capacity of the ecosystem;strengthening organizational leadership and improving ecosystem carbon sink capacity.
