Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factor Analysis of Rural Inefficient Construction Land in Northern Plain Area—Shenze County as an Example
Optimizing the spatial pattern of rural low-efficiency construction land can coordinate urban and rural layout,improve rural land structure and promote the sustainable development of rural low-efficiency construction land.Based on the dot data of rural low-efficiency construction land in Shenze County,Hebei Province,and using the spatial analysis function of the ArcGIS10.8 software platform,the spatial pattern of rural low-efficiency construction land in Shenze County was quantitatively studied by density analysis,standard deviation ellipse analysis and other methods.At the same time,SPSS 22.0 software and ordered Probit model are used to discuss the factors affecting the inefficient use of rural construction land in Shenze County.The results show that the total area of rural low-efficiency construction land in Shenze County is large and widely distributed.The spatial distribution of rural low-efficiency construction land in Shenze County has significant differentiation characteristics.Infrastructure,history,industry and location are the main factors affecting the formation of low-efficiency rural construction land in Shenze County.The research results provide reference for optimizing land use structure,coordinating resource allocation and realizing sustainable land use in Shenze County.
