Research on the Training Model of Engineering Management Composite Applied Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts
Under the background of the construction of the new liberal arts,engineering management has accelerated the pace of reform in the training mode of composite applied talents.This article is based on literature research on the construction of new liberal arts and the training mode of engineering management majors.It analyzes the necessity of cultivating composite talents in engineering management,considers the drawbacks of the training mode,and clarifies the shortcomings of the curriculum system,such as insufficient integration and intersection of courses,unsatisfactory teaching effects,and insufficient teaching resources.Drawing on the training experience of local universities of the same type in China,improvement strategies are proposed from the aspects of curriculum system,teacher construction,resource guarantee,etc.,providing important support for improving the level of talent training in the engineering management major of our university,and providing reference for the construction of the new liberal arts and talent training mode reform in the engineering management major of similar universities.
