A New Method of Determining the Standards for Accruing Mines'Geological Environment Treatment and Restoration Funds
In response to the problems of inconsistent regional standards, inconvenient operation, and unscientific formulation cost of the geological environment treatment and restoration funds, this paper takes non-metallic mines in Hebei Province as an example, introduces methods such as geological element evaluation, pollution index, and chain substitution,by dividing the mines'geological environment treatment and restoration funds into two categories—mining geological environment treatment cost and land restoration cost,in an attempt to construct an efficient, feasible, accurate, and reliable method for determining the standards for accruing mines'geological environment treatment and restoration funds, and to provide a new idea for various regions to formulate mining geological environment treatment and restoration funds.
