On Scientific Research of Newly-established Universities in Hebei Province：Its Current Situation and Solutions
Achievements have been made in scientific research of newly-established universities of Hebei Province. However,there have appeared some problems such as weak sense of scientific research,distracted research orientation and insufficient strength of research teams. Therefore, it is imperative to well handle the relationships between research and teaching, discipline construction and social service. Furthermore, efforts need to be made to cultivate teachers＇ sense of scientific research, promote discipline level and strengthen the link of teaching, research and production.
