从元氏汉碑看东汉的祷山求雨弥灾

摘要
汉代帝王将山岳与河流的祭祀纳入祭礼，使其成为国家祭祀活动的一部分，元氏汉碑中祭祀山神的文字正是东汉帝诏的反映。碑文记述了元氏县境内名山纳入国家祭礼和建祠祷山求雨的内容。祭祀元氏诸山神的费用主要出自郡县的地方财政，地方财政困难，可申请朝廷财政资助。碑文中的“王家”指朝廷，“王家钱”和“王家经钱”是中央财政经费，不是常山国的经费，也不是常山王私人的费用。东汉中央和地方政府为求雨而举行的祭祀名山活动是一种不可忽视的灾害救助方式。
Abstract
The emperors of the Han Dynasty took the praying to mountains and rivers as national sacri-ficial rites. The inscriptions of praying to mountain deity of the Han tablets in Yuanshi County of Heibei Province are just the reflection of the imperial edicts in the Eastern Han Dynasty. The sacrifice expenses came from local finance. If in financial difficulties,the aid from imperial finance could be applied. The sacrificial ceremony held by central and local governments would be a significant disaster relief.
