Dilemma and Breakthrough:Analysis on the Path of Promoting Farmers and Rural Areas'Common Prosperity
Promoting the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is an inevitable requirement of the basic national conditions of China's"big country and small farmers",the objective need of socialist modernization development,the internal provision of the socialist essence,and an important embodiment of the original mission of the Communist Party of China,which is related to the well-being of farmers and the realization of common prosperity of all people.However,in the process of promoting rural areas and farmers'common prosperity,there exists problems such as imperfect construction of modern rural industrial system and subsistence allowances system,the unreasonable market-oriented allocation of urban and rural factors,and the insufficient motivation of farmers'self-development,which exacerbates the imbalance development in rural areas.To solve these problems,it is urgent to take building the entire agricultural industry chain as the starting point,urban-rural integration as the key,"dual promotion of ambition and intelligence"as the core,and bottom-up support as the guarantee,focusing on improving the quality of rural development,narrowing the urban-rural regional gap,and helping farmers and rural areas achieve common prosperity.
