摘要
博大精深的中华优秀传统文化为高校思想政治教育提供了重要资源.作为高校法律专业主干课程之一的"中国法制史",蕴含着节俭、孝悌、仁爱、民本、诚信、法治、和谐、创新等非常丰富的中华优秀传统文化资源.任课教师在授课过程中,应当采取史论结合、点面结合、古今贯通等方式充分运用这些文化资源,使学生在潜移默化中受到中华优秀传统文化的感染和熏陶,切实感受到中华优秀传统文化的魅力和亲和力,从而激发他们的创新精神,使他们树立民族文化自信心,自觉自愿践行社会主义核心价值观.
Abstract
Extensive and profound Chinese excellent traditional culture provides important resources to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.As one of the main required courses of law major in universities,Chinese legal history course contains abundant Chinese excellent traditional culture such as frugality,filial piety,kindheartedness,credibility and integrity,rule of law,harmonious,innovation,and so on.Teachers should integrate education of traditional culture into Chinese legal history course through the approaches of classroom teaching,extracurricular reading and network communication platform.Students can be infected by Chinese excellent traditional culture which will inspire their innovative spirit,make them building up the confidence of national culture and fulfill socialist core values conscientiously.
