Spatial and Temporal Evolution of the Coupling Coordination Relationship Between Science and Technology Innovation and Economic Development in the County Region of Shijiazhuang
Using thirteen county-level units in Shijiazhuang City as study areas,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for sci-tech innovation ability and economic development level,calculates the evaluation index and measures the coupling coordination between the two.Drawing a spatial distribution map using ArcGIS,it deeply analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of technological innovation capability,economic development level,and their coupling and coordination relationship.The research has found that there is a strong positive correlation between the sci-tech innovation ability and economic development level of counties in the city,and both have improved rapidly between 2010 and 2017,but have shown a slowing trend since 2019.The Index of economic development level is higher than the index of sci-tech innovation ability between 2010 and 2021.However,the capacity of sci-tech innovation ability is rising faster than the level of economic development.This shows that sci-tech innovation ability lags behind the level of economic development of Shijiazhuang's counties,but the development momentum of sci-tech innovation ability capability is good.Since 2010,the degree of coupling coordination of the whole city's counties shows an upward trend.The rise of pace before 2018 is faster than that after 2018.In 2021,the level of coupling and coordination among counties in the city is"barely coordinated development",and the level of coordinated development is relatively low,which needs further improvement.
