摘要
有关"资"的一系列概念是唐代官制中的常见概念,在官员选任中发挥着重要的作用.通过梳理文献和考察词义,并证以史实,"官资"作为系列概念的本源,是描述官员诸多身份属性的静态概念,是对官员任官条件的总结.经由"成资""资历"的演变,概念由静入动,逐步具备了实践操作性,最终以"资序"作为总结和出口.资序是唐代根据官员资历进行的任官排序,以年劳为基础兼顾职事重要性,是选官决策的重要依据.从官资到资序的发展,表明了唐代选官制度的专业化发展,也导致了资历、资序等日渐品位化.五代北宋时期,资历、资序正式成为官员彰显身份、争取利益的概念.
Abstract
A series of concepts related to"zi"(资)are common in the Tang Dynasty's official system and play an important role in the selection of officials.By reviewing literature and examining the meaning of words,and verifying historical facts,"guanzi"(官资),as the origin of the series of concepts,is a static concept that describes all identity attributes of officials and a summary of the conditions for officials to serve as officials.Through the evolution of"chengzi"(成资)and"zili"(资历),the concept becomes practical and operational,with"zixu"(资序)as the summary and export.The ranking of officials in the Tang Dynasty is based on their seniority,taking into account the importance of their positions based on annual labor.It is an important basis for decision-making in selecting officials.The development from"guanzi"to"zili"indicates the professional development of the Tang Dynasty's official selection system,which also leads to the gradual benefitization of"zili"and"zixu".During the Five Dynasties and Northern Song Dynasty,"zili"and"zixu"officially become concepts for officials to demonstrate their identity and strive for benefits.
