从"贤母良妻"到"女国民"的不完美转向及启示——基于《申报》(1905-1919年)对"女子形象"报道的考察

摘要
1905-1919 年的《申报》通过建构"贤母良妻"与"女国民"两种女子形象影响着现实中女子教育与女权运动的发展.《申报》中的"贤母良妻"继承了我国传统女子形象中的道德约束特征,同时亦吸纳了西方和日本女子形象中的近代因素.作为政治话语的"女国民"诞生于"贤母良妻"影响之下,有名无实."贤母良妻"与"女国民"均未能摆脱被动的工具地位,该阶段的女子教育与女权运动难以取得实质性进展.因而,《申报》未能实现女子形象由社会话语到政治话语的转变.以此为基,观照现实:媒体应避免图像化宣传女性,女性社会角色应在家国互动中定义,女子教育与女权运动的根本目标是实现女性独立.
Abstract
Two female images,"good mother and wife"and"female citizens"influence the development of women's education and feminist movement constructed by Shenbao from 1905 to 1919.The"good mother and wife"in Shenbao inherits the characteristics of moral restraint in traditional Chinese women's images,and also absorbs the modern factors in western and Japanese women's images.As a political discourse,"female citizens",born under the influence of"good mother and wife",exists in name only.Both"good mother and wife"and"female citizens"fail to get rid of their passive status as tools,and it is difficult for women's education and feminist movement to make substantial progress at this stage.Therefore,Shenbao fails to realize the transformation of women's image from social discourse to political discourse.Based on this,media should avoid pictorial propaganda of women;women's social roles should be defined in domestic interactions;the fundamental goal of women's education and feminist movement is to achieve female independence.
