Administrative prosecutions with Chinese characteristics in the new era faces the problems such as insufficient of specialization,unsound authorization regulations,insufficient understanding and mastering for the regularity of administrative prosecutions,and unreasonable consist of cases for.In view of the above problems,solutions should be put forward from the perspectives of optimizing the inspection and supervision of administrative litigation,refining the administrative litigation inspection and supervision,improving administrative procuratorial supervision over administrative violations,and building a high-quality working mechanism and guarantee system.
