Through the observation of the legal practice of the reform of the marriage system in the Central Soviet area,it is found that the foundation of the reform of the marriage legal system of the Communist Party of China mainly includes the establishment of the Soviet regime,the development of the agrarian revolution,and the emancipation of women's thoughts.Chairman Mao's advocacy of equality between men and women,freedom of marriage,privileging the protection of the interests of women and other vulnerable groups,promoting women's liberation,and helping women achieve economic independence profoundly influence the development of legislative work,and are reflected in the two marriage laws of the Central Soviet Area.The Soviet Marriage Regulations and the Soviet Marriage Law,with the principles of freedom of marriage,monogamy and equality between men and women as the core,detail the marriage registration system,protect the freedom of marriage and divorce,and make certain restrictions on the freedom of divorce for military families due to the needs of the revolution.The reform of the marriage system promotes the dissolution of the feudal marriage and family system,realizes the liberation of women,and accumulates valuable experience for the construction of the Central Soviet area and the subsequent marriage legislation.
