Recently,the frequently appearing"Kong Yiji literature"reflects the college students'anxious mentality and confusion of job-hunting.According to the analysis of the interview results of college students in school A,it is found that the reasons for college students'anxiety behind"Kong Yiji Literature"involve four aspects:youth themselves,society,school and network.It is necessary to give persuasion to college students'from four aspects:to build a mature and complete self-cognition system based on the individual;to open up diversified employment channels to create development environment guaranteed by society;to play the employment service and talent cultivation function effectively taking universities as intermediary;to supervise the network public opinion space and clarify the network cultural environment taking network as carrier.It can effectively relieve the employment anxiety of college students,and cultivate the positive value concept system and stable emotional management mechanism.
